CIRCULAR

XXIX  KERALA  STATE   SENIOR TENNIKOIT  CHAMPIONSHIP

XXIX Kerala State Senior Tennikoit Championship for Men & Women are proposed to be held at Rajeev Gandhi Indoor Stadium,Pramadom, Pookavu, Pathanamthitta on 22^nd& 23^rd2017 July  .Competitions will be held as per rules mentioned below.

Each District shall send 16 members.

·         Men Team 6 Players, 1 Coach, 1 Manager.

·         Women Team 6 Players, 1 Coach, 1 Manager.

1.      Free boarding and lodging will be provided for 16 members only by the organizers.

2.      Competition will be conducted in the following categories.

·         Team Championship (men and women) on each team.

·         Individual Singles one man and one woman.

·         Individual Doubles one men team and one women team.

·         Mixed Doubles one team.

3.      Participation / Merit Certificate will not be issued to the players who have not played any matches.

4.      Railway concession forms are also enclosed for availing Railway Concession.

5.      Each District shall bring two District Flags.

6.      Latest Rules of Tennikoit Federation of India shall be followed.

7.      All Players shall play their matches with their district colour and sports canvas shoes. Uniform which have chest number from 1 to 6 only with District name must be used.

8.      Each Player must produce two copies of their passport size photographs for registration.

9.      District association are requested to enter their entries through the website only.Before 16.07.2017

10.   The matches will be begins at 7 Am on 22^nd July 2017 at Rajeev Gandhi Indoor Stadium,Pramadom, Pookavu, Pathanamthitta. Accommodation will be available 4 pm on wards on 21.07.2017;closing function will be at 4 PM on 23^rd July 2017.

11.  The teams are requested to report to the undersigned at Rajeev Gandhi  Indoor Stadium,Pramadom, pookavu, Pathanamthitta before 7 pm on 21^st July 2017. The District Secretaries are directed to make the following remittances.

·         Registration fee of Rs. 50/- per player

·         Annual Affiliation Fee Rs. 1000/-

12.  All Players shall join for the march past with their proper uniform.

The organizers will intimate other details pertaining about the championship.
